We want you to be completely satisfied with your In-N-Out Burger merchandise; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the merchandise is in new condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
